You ordered wrong product, or product is not what you expected? Don’t worry. Return your order within 14 days after purchase and get FULL REFUND.
Product Conditions
Product(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
Product(s) must be returned in the original packaging and unopened.
All returns must include an order packing slip clearly stating which product(s) are being returned. If this is not entered correctly, processing your return might take longer.
We also request that you report your return within 14 days of receipt by sending us an email to [email protected] stating your order number.
We are not liable for return packages that may be lost or stolen during transit. Please keep your proof of shipping and/or return tracking number when you return your product.
Returns that are not identifiable will be returned to the sender if possible.
Returns are processed within 14 business days after your product(s) have been delivered to us.
Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported within 5 working days after delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Please ensure that you return your product(s) to us in full accordance with our return policy.
Returns that do not comply with this, that are damaged, soiled or altered can be refused and will therefore not be refunded.
